If I'm not in love with you,
                      What is this I'm going through tonight,
And if my heart is lying then,
                      What should I believe in;

Why do I go crazy,

Why else do I want you like I do,
                        If I'm not in love with you;
And if I don't need your touch,
                       Why do I miss you so much tonight,
If it's just infatuation then,

To hold you forever,

Give again to some one I could lose,
                      If I am not in love with you;
Why in every fantasy, Do I feel your arms embracing me
Lover lost in sweet desire, why in dreams do I surrender lying with you;
             
Someone help explain this feeling,

In Search of Oneself

अस्तित्व की तलाश में भटकता रहा मैं,
कभी मंदिर कभी मस्जिद फिरता रहा मैं;
ना जाना कि प्यार है नाम अल्लाह राम का,
ना जाना कि हर इंसान समान शाम सा;

लगता है मेरे दिल में कोई नश्तर चुभा सा,
देखता है जब टुकड़े दिलों के होता हुआ;
क्यों इंसा के दिलों में है नफरत भरी हुई,
क्यों प्यार सिमटता हुआ "मैं" के पैमाने में;

हे मुरारी हे मुहम्मद तुमको आना होगा वापस,
तोडनी होंगी ये बेड़ियाँ भरने होगें हर जख्म.
